According to MSI personnel, you sent on January 9, 1995, via fax, copies of Grand Bahama Exports, Limited January 7, 1995 'Do List' and January 7, 1995 'Note to: Sallv and Carol Zurcher, CPA".

MSI had been advised by previous communications on those matters relating to MSI Grand Bahama Exports, Limited(GBE) Processing Plant project i.e. items: I(4), II(1,2,3,4,9,16,27). Any additional updates directly from you, at that time, undoubtedly would have been appreciated by MSI.

Tony Lombardi Jr., in your absence, sent a Lombardi's Seafood invoice in advance for labels to MSI, whereupon, MSI forwarded same for Government Duty Free approval. Tony Lombardi Jr. said he would later figure out actual label cost and work out payment with GBE of which you and MSI were advised.

MSI, therefore, did not need these documents.

These documents contain much subject matter that is strictly internal Corporate business and does not pertain to MSI.

Discretion needs to be exercised when disseminating Corporate business information.

Faxing these said Corporate Documents to MSI exhibited poor judgement, at best.

Grand Bahama Exports, Limited needs good leadership to make the business a success. ManY people are relying on your efforts to contribute to that attainable success.
